Selects the amount of time the radio waits for radio-user input from the APX™ 3000 Portable's Multi Function Side Up / Down Arrow buttons before exiting their CPS-defined Secondary functions and returning to their Primary functions. This feature applies on a radio-wide basis. Time is in seconds.
